2 Our services

NNV Nexon is a performance marketing agency that plans and runs lead-generation campaigns across email, SMS, display, co-registration, and social channels on behalf of advertisers and partners, on a performance-based (CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM) pricing model.

3 Use of communications

Any commercial communication sent by NNV Nexon or on its behalf is directed only to recipients who have given express, informed consent ("opt-in") to receive such communications. Every communication includes a clear and free way to unsubscribe.

4 Publisher / affiliate partners

Partners running traffic on behalf of NNV Nexon or its advertisers must ensure all traffic sources are compliant, consented, and free of fraudulent, incentivized, or misleading practices. NNV Nexon reserves the right to pause or terminate any campaign found in breach of these terms or applicable law, and to withhold payment for invalid leads generated in violation of good business practices.

5 Intellectual property

All content, branding, and creative material provided by NNV Nexon or its clients remain the property of their respective owners and may only be used for the purpose of the agreed campaign.

6 Limitation of liability

NNV Nexon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or participation in our campaigns, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws applicable in the recipient's country of residence.

8 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
